CSR Function > 5. Config Client > (manager level access) > Reporting > Report Configuration
This will bring you to the screen shown below. You will need to adjust the period configuration AND configure group list to match the type of report to shift and/or daily.
The below image details the options available to select when configuring the reports to add to the end of day/shift. You will want to select Loyalty Report.
