C-Site Management

 

C-Site Management is a cloud-based application that allows you to organize your site system information, track transaction data and manage your POS, all through a single pane of glass.

In just a few simple steps, conveniently deploy updates to a single site or to a group of stores within your environment.

Support for C-Site Management starts with software version 53.35 or higher. Failure to onboard may result in disruptions.

C-Site Management is included with the Site Solution subscription. Locations will be able to perform the following actions remotely:

  • View site asset information
  • Deploy one time password (OTP) emails
  • Review transaction logs
  • Gain insights from system reports
  • Configure mobile payment settings
  • Manage Viper table set

The C-Site Management portal is available to use on a variety of web browsers including Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

 

Enrolling to Verifone C-Site Management

 

 To enroll in Verifone C-Site Management, you first need to create an account.

  1. To create an account for the Verifone C-Site Management, navigate to the following URL and select “Sign up for Free”.
  2. Fill out and submit the provided form.

Terms and Conditions

When you log into C-Site a prompt will appear to accept the terms and conditions. To log into the application, you must accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

To view the Terms and Conditions, select the blue text in the prompt.

Note- If you have more than one store, only one account is needed. All sites should be onboarded to one account.

 

After you submit your application, you will receive a “Verify Your Email” message.

 

A verification email will be sent to the corporate email address you provided. This message will confirm receipt of your registration request and will include a link to verify your email account.

Clicking the link provided will direct you to a confirmation page, verifying that your account has been successfully created.

You will receive an additional email from no-reply@verifone.com with the subject line “Welcome to Verifone Central.” In this email, click on “Set my password” to be directed to the password reset page, where you can create your new password.

Once your password has been successfully set, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the process was completed.

You can either sign in with your credentials immediately or access your account later through the website URL.

To access Verifone C-Site Management, navigate to the following URL using a web browser:

https://us.live.verifone.cloud/

This is the platform you'll use to log in to C-Site Management and finalize the enrollment of your site(s) using the credentials you created.

 

You will have to add your site(s) and proceed with the onboarding process. Please see the video below for additional details.
