SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire)
- Log into your account at go.clarkbrands.com/aperia.
- Click on the Merchant Information tab located at the top-left of the page.
- In the Product Code box on the top-right, ensure it is set to Standalone Terminal. If it is not, update it now.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Continue.
- Confirm your eligibility to complete Questionnaire B-IP and click Continue.
- Complete Sections 1–10 of the questionnaire.
SCAN Setup
- Click Continue to Scan.
- Select Manage Scan Targets.
- Determine your network setup:
- If you are on the same network as your FD150: Aperia will automatically detect the IP address. Click Return to Network Scan Summary.
- If you are on a different network: Manually enter the FD150's IP address in the provided field, then click Add and Return to Network Scan Summary.
- Click Create Schedule.
- Review the IP address that will be scanned and click Next.
- In the Frequency field, select Quarterly and click Submit.
- Click Launch Scan.
Attestation
- Once the process is complete (usually within 48 hours), log back into your account.
- Navigate to the Review and Sign page, complete the form, and click Submit.
Important Note:
Your location will not be considered PCI compliant until the Review and Sign page is submitted. Failure to complete this step will result in non-compliance fees.
