Important Considerations when Changing Fuel Product Names
No Active Transactions: Ensure that no fuel transactions occur at the forecourt during this process to prevent data inconveniences.
System Synchronization: Changes made to product names in the POS system may need to be synchronized with other systems such as inventory management or accounting software.
Training: Ensure that all relevant staff members are informed about the changes to prevent confusion during transactions.
POS Instructions
- From the CSR Functions Main Menu
- Click on # 5- Configuration Manager
- Log Into Petroleum C-Store Control Center using log in credentials.
- Go to Forecourt > Fuel > Fuel Config - Pending
Select Fuel Position Settings
- Review the Hose Product Settings to identify current product names by dispenser and hose.
Edit Hose Product Settings
- From Fuels > Fuel Config - Pending > Fuel Products
- In the Fuel Products tab, locate the product to rename.
- Edit the product name.
- Hit Save.
Example: The change below is for hose 1 from Unleaded to Regular
Continue changing other Product names as necessary.

- Dispenser 2, Hose 1: Change from Regular → Unleaded
- Dispenser 3, Hose 2: Change from Regular → Extra
- Dispenser 4, Hose 2: Change from Regular → Extra

Click SAVE after every change.
Apply configuration changes

- Go to Tools (found on the top banner)→ Refresh Configuration
- Wait for confirmation that the configuration has been successfully completed

Once Refresh Configuration is Successfully Sent
Click - Ok
Reinitialize Fuel Driver

- Go to Forecourt > Initialization > Fuel Driver.
Log off all registers.

- Test Transactions
- Conduct test transactions at the forecourt to ensure the new product names appear correctly.
- Verify System Synchronization
- Check that the changes are reflected across all integrated systems (e.g., inventory management, accounting software).
