Network --> Concord. --> Network Site Configuration --> Global Information --> Look for an option (maybe second page?) that says "Print Store Copy of Receipt" and "Print Customer Copy of Receipt". You can set these to yes or no as you like, but bear in mind that it could be overridden by specific card info or transaction info requiring a receipt be present (like mandatory signature, etc)
