VXN 52/53/54 = communication error, check internet or phone line
VXN13 = Datawire needs to be setup - Call Clark Client Services
- If Datawire confirms it is setup complete the following:
- Make sure Datawire is turned on in Buypass Tools under both the merchant tab and terminal tab
- Then on the terminal go to Orange Wrench > Settings > Credit > Clear DID.
- Call FD help desk and ask them to reset the data Wire/or clear DID
