Complete sign-up process through your RSM including Loyalty Questionnaire.
Your RSM will then submit a setup to Client Services. Once completed you will receive a welcome email from email@example.com. It will include your location's loyalty id.

Note: loyalty is only available for location's processing with a Verifone Commander/Ruby CI and Glibarco Passport
Each month you will receive an email notifying you of the upcoming promotions and the UPCs associated with them. You will want to ensure that your UPCs are setup correctly so that the loyalty customers will receive discounts and points as promoted. Instructions on how to setup UPCs can be found Here
