If you process dial and your terminal stops processing complete the following steps:
1. Check your phone line, make sure there is a dial tone. If there is not, call your phone provider.
2. During business hours Mon-Fri 8 am - 5pm CST call Clark Client Services 1-877-GOCLARK
3. For after hours support call Buypass tools at 1-800-347-8224
