If you have a standalone terminal processing over internet and your terminal stops processing credit cards complete the following steps:
1. Check your internet
2. Reboot your internet modem and reboot the standalone terminal.
To reboot standalone unplug the power for about 10 seconds and plug it back in
3. If credit cards still don't work, call Clark Client Services at 1-877-GOCLARK Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm CST.
4. After hours, call Datawire to troubleshoot 1-800-704-4202, if they are not able to assist call First Data Buypass at 1-800-347-8224
You will need your store's DBA, phone number and address, as well as the buypass id
