Address/ZIP Code Verification (AVS) is a fraud prevention system designed to help reduce pay-at-the-pump fraud. It works by verifying the billing address or ZIP code entered at the dispenser against the information the card issuer has on file.
Clark may elect to enable AVS for specific locations.
