Gilbarco Passport: Identifying Whether the Loyalty Interface Module Is Installed

Use the steps below to determine whether the Loyalty Interface Module is installed on a Gilbarco Passport system.

Check Installed Modules

1. From the Manager Workstation, select Setup.
2. Select Feature Activation.

All activated modules will be displayed with a green check mark indicating that the feature is active.

If the Loyalty Interface Module is installed, a green check mark will appear next to Enhanced Loyalty Interface, as shown in the example below.

If the Loyalty Interface Module Is Not Installed

If Enhanced Loyalty Interface is not active, the Loyalty Bundle is not installed on your Passport system.

To purchase the Loyalty Bundle, contact your Gilbarco distributor.

Once the Loyalty Bundle has been purchased, contact the Gilbarco Help Desk at 1-800-800-7498 to obtain your Passport Site Code.

Activate the Loyalty Bundle

1. From the Manager Workstation, select Setup.
2. Select Feature Activation.
3. Select Enter Code.
4. Enter the Site Code provided by Gilbarco.
5. Select Activate.

Once the code has been successfully activated, proceed with the Save Every Mile Loyalty installation.
